1. Proper nutrition

The most important thing is a healthy diet. A healthy diet includes: fruits and vegetables, dairy like yogurt, butter, cheese and milk, meat and fish, carbohydrates like legumes, little fat, salt and sugar and etc.

2. Drink enough

Lack of water can damage human body. Water is one of the most important part of our bodies. The main part of our body includes water. 75% of our body includes water. So we have to drink enough water in order to have a healthy body. Your blood need alt of water to flow correctly in your vessels. An enough amount of water can support your whole body. That is how water works in your body. Remember that your brain function totally depends on the amount of water in your body. You can get enough water from fruits and vegetables too.

3. Regular exercise

You have to do exercise regularly. It helps you be in shape. When you do sports it helps you to be healthy. Sports help you to be stronger and it helps your heart to work better. When you do sport, you are definitely decreasing your stress. Your brain function gets better when you do sport. Sports keep you younger and that is why you have to do it regularly. Sports prevent us from illness too. Remember that it is never too late for doing sports.

4. Lots of fresh air and light

Enough oxygen can help your brain works better. Oxygen can help your immune system too. So, your body need a lot of fresh air. The function of your body depends of the amount of fresh air that you get. The fresher air you get; the more successful you will be your business. So you have to walk every day and get fresh air. Remember that when you are outside, you can get more sun lights and that is one of the best effects of going outside. Daylight give a lot of energy.
