4. Lots of fresh air and light
Enough oxygen can help your
brain works better. Oxygen can help your immune system too. So, your body need a
lot of fresh air. The function of your body depends of the amount of fresh air
that you get. The fresher air you get; the more successful you will be your
business. So you have to walk every day and get fresh air. Remember that when
you are outside, you can get more sun lights and that is one of the best
effects of going outside. Daylight give a lot of energy.
